Latest Tariff Adjustments for Ceramic Crafts
1. China Export Tax Rebate Adjustment
Starting from April 1, 2026 (subject to the export date of the customs declaration form), the export tax rebate for ceramic crafts covering HS Codes 6901 to 6912 will be fully adjusted to zero, including decorative ceramic wares, ceramic ice buckets, ceramic storage jars, painted ceramic crafts and other daily and decorative ceramic products. This adjustment applies to all export-oriented ceramic crafts, and relevant enterprises and purchasers should make reasonable budget and pricing arrangements in advance.
2. EU Tariff Policy for Chinese Ceramics
Effective from February 7, 2026, the European Union has adjusted the anti-dumping duty on daily-use ceramic tableware and kitchenware imported from China. The unified anti-dumping duty rate is implemented for relevant products, and importers need to complete customs clearance declaration in accordance with the new tax rate standard to avoid customs clearance delays and additional costs.
3. US and Other Major Markets Tariff Status
The United States continues to implement the existing anti-dumping and countervailing duty measures for ceramic tiles and related ceramic products, and the tariff standards remain unchanged for the time being. For other major markets such as countries along the RCEP, the preferential tariff policies for ceramic crafts are implemented in accordance with regional trade agreements, and qualified products can enjoy corresponding preferential tax rates.
Key Notes for Procurement & Customs Clearance

·Policy Implementation Time: The export tax rebate adjustment is subject to the actual export date of the goods. Please arrange the shipment and customs declaration time reasonably to avoid policy differences.
·Cost Budgeting: Combined with the latest tariff adjustments, please adjust the procurement cost budget and quotation plan in advance to ensure the stability of trade cooperation.
·Compliance Documentation: Prepare complete product certificates, trade documents and other materials in accordance with the customs requirements of different countries to meet regulatory checks.
